The flip side of social media and PR

This week's class discussion is about sharing examples of innovative uses of social media for PR. My favorite was KFC's $20,000 college scholarship award based on the applicant's twitter message.

Another timely example to learn from is the recent issue with the latest McDonald's hashtag campaign. Check out this article here that also includes this video on last year's top 10 social media disasters.
